Channeling can be detected when the stream of coffee is coming at an uneven angle, while blonding is an unfortunate side effect of under-extraction, creating a weak espresso. This bottomless Bezzera portafilter is a must have tool that is constructed of chrome plated brass and finished with a wonderful wooden handle. Note: Does not include filter baskets.
