Established in the 1950s, Mazzer Luigi S.R.L. is an Italian precision machine workshop which recently became the topmost manufacturer of commercial-grade coffee grinders and dose grinders. The Kony S Conical Burr Grinder is a new addition to the lineup of grinders featuring a Stainless Steel body and a large 63mm Burr size designed to be efficient and reliable.
The Grind adjustment is step-less and the unit is powered by the powerful 450W motor with 63mm stainless steel burs and a bean hopper with a large capacity.

- Stepless Grind Size Adjustment Dial: Dial in the perfect shot with ultimate control from coarse to extra fine.
- Heavy Duty Motor and Grinding Burrs: The unit is powered by a 450 W motor which spins the burrs at 420 rpm.
- Large Hopper: The Mazzer Kony S comes with a large 1310g hopper, allowing you to dispense a large amount of coffee in a short period of time. The hopper can be removed and cleaned with non-abrasive detergent and warm water.
- Keep Your Grounds Cool: This grinder features a belt-driven transmission to keep the heat generated by the motor away from the grinding chamber and a double fan system.
- Grind Flow System: Keep grounds from getting on the counter (electrostic charge reduction) while getting uniform coffee grounds in your portafilter with the innovative GFC System. GFC – Grind Flow Control consists of a removable aluminum outlet insert equipped with a through-flow wire damper.
