This dark roast is cultivated in rainforest highlands in the Aceh province. This earthy dark roast has hints of raisins, cloves and caramel. The coffee beans that are used in these pods are dried out in the sun such that the bean has maximum contact with the outer cherry layer to be able to acquire its complex flavour.
